System Overview

The V-Ram High Pressure, High Solids Municipal Pump is used to move 12-55% solids municipal water water treatment plant sludges with up to 1500 psi operating pressure. Pumping volumes range from 1 gpm - 428 gpm.
They are designed for high pressure, high volume, high abrasive sludge pumping 24 hours per day, seven days a week. Very low service factors on the valve system pumping chamber and hydraulic system create a new standard of low maintenance and high reliability unheard of before.

Pumping module and infeed auger

The pumping module includes the double pumping chambers, four way ball valve system and the double screw charging auger.
Serviceability of all the wear components is simple and fast. Routine inspection and preventative maintenance are facilitated by the design.
