What is the VRAM maintenance contract?

C10, C11, C15, and C16 control systems allow internet connection to VRAM from anywhere in the world.  VRAM can then maintain these systems under a maintenance agreement.
With this internet connection, VRAM can be informed when a fault condition occurs, troubleshoot the fault, and support maintenance action.
Using preventative maintenance concepts and working together, you and VRAM together take responsibility of maintaining the pumps.

What are the main advantages of this contract to the pump user?
* By using the pumping data when pumping fault conditions occur, VRAM has diagnosed fault conditions 95% of the time over the internet.
