The Multi-Year Warranty is V-Ram's commitment to supplying you with a product that has low maintenance and high serviceability.

V-Ram will replace and maintain scheduled replacement parts and parts that fail, for the length of the warranty.

Conditions of Multi-Year Warranty

  1. You need to install, operate and maintain all equipment according to the Warranty Specification.
  2. You need to document scheduled maintenance.
  3. A modem is installed to provide phone communication with your control.
  4. Parts under warranty include, but are not limited to: hydraulic pump; hydraulic cylinders; hydraulic valve; pumping rams; ball valves and seats; and control components.
  5. Your onsite service parts inventory will be replaced when used.
  6. Your scheduled maintenance program will be included in the warranty.

By-Products and Rendering Pump Limited Warranty
  1. V-RAM SOLIDs extends this Limited Warranty on products manufactured by it, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year or 1,000 hours of operation, whichever occurs first.
  2. Warranties on purchased parts, such as motors, pumps, valves, controls, and hoses, are limited to the terms of warranty extended by our suppliers.
  3. This Warranty shall not apply to products that have been altered or modified without V-RAM SOLIDs' written authorization for a specific application. This Warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear that may be attributable to known or unknown conditions or materials processed, other than those identified in the Specification, which may prove to be damaging to the internal or external operation of the products.
  4. V-RAM SOLIDs will reserve the right to repair or replace components found to be defective and covered under this Warranty.
  5. This Warranty does not cover nor assume any liability for consequential damages to other property or equipment, or materials used either in the operation of the product or in its processing. In addition, V-RAM SOLIDs will not assume liability for any personal injury, or loss or damage to incidental property or equipment attached to or in near proximity to the product.
  6. V-RAM products that are improperly installed or misused or abused, in the judgment of V-RAM SOLIDs, are not covered by this warranty.
  7. Notice of failure or defects must be reported to V-RAM SOLIDs in a timely manner and documented within 30 days of occurrence of failure or identification of defects. Failure to do so voids this Warranty.
  8. All installation, service, and start-up support provided by V-RAM SOLIDs and its employees will be performed to meet the Specifications set forth in the Quotation. Our obligation is limited to the implementation of the Specification set forth in the Quotation. V-RAM SOLIDs shall not be liable for consequential damages or liabilities caused while performing these tasks.
  9. V-RAM SOLIDs will make every effort to ship promptly and on schedule, but it is not liable for consequential damages due to late shipments of goods or services.
  10. The warranties set forth herein are in lieu of any and all other warranties expressed or implied, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The Customer acknowledges that no other representations were made to him/her, or were relied upon by him/her with respect to the quality and function of the goods herein sold.
  11. Any technical advice other than expressly provided within the Specification that is furnished by the Company concerning any use or application of any products sold by the Company is believed to be reliable but the Company makes no warranty, expressed or implied, of the specific results to be obtained.
  12. When air injection is needed, V-RAM SOLIDs will warranty pumping performance when it supplies the compressor and connection accessories or approves of the equipment used. This equipment must also be installed and operated according to the Specification.
  13. In applications where tramp material is significant, proper design, equipment, installation, and operation are required to be covered by the Warranty. V-RAM SOLIDs does not warranty against damage or wear due to tramp materials. A variation in pipe specification can change the pumping pressure significantly. Installation of pipe other than that specified can void the Warranty.
  14. Unless otherwise specified: During the first 30 days after installation, or 90 days after shipment, whichever occurs first, V-RAM SOLIDs warranties the product to perform to specification. V-RAM SOLIDs has 30 days to resolve any product performance outside of specification. If the product is not brought within specification by V-RAM SOLIDs within this period, the Customer, with the authorization of V-RAM SOLIDs, may remove the product and return it to V-RAM SOLIDs at the Customer's expense. V-RAM SOLIDs will refund to the Customer the purchase price, less V-RAM SOLIDs' expenses incurred up to the removal that are due to user negligence or product damages outside normal wear and tear as determined by V-RAM SOLIDs.
  15. The pressure drop across elbows in the pipe needs to be properly engineered. Usage of unspecified elbows will void the Warranty.
  16. The Customer is responsible for the installation, operation, and maintenance of safety equipment and the ensurance of safe operating conditions.
  17. The hydraulic cylinder is covered under the Warranty for materials and workmanship. The Customer must use V-RAM SOLIDs service parts and properly maintain the cylinder to protect the Warranty.
  18. Proper installation and operation of the hydraulic equipment is required under the Warranty. Oil seals prematurely fail due to high temperature, poor quality oil, and/or dirty oil. The following operating conditions void the Warranty: oil temperature above 130 F, improper or contaminated hydraulic fluid, and inadequate filter maintenance.
  19. Improper hoses or hose installation and/or improper hydraulic lines will void the Warranty. Refer to the Installation section.
  20. The hydraulic oil filter(s) should be replaced after the initial 2-3 hours of operation. These filters are provided with the unit from the factory at no charge. Failure to change these filters may cause damage to the hydraulic system, and/or void the warranty.
